Invoicing

A GST-compliant tax invoice accompanies every completed order, detailing:

Seller name and address

GSTIN (where applicable)

Invoice number and date

Product description with HSN code

Taxable value and GST breakdown

Invoices are delivered electronically via email and accessible through the customer account.

Pricing Corrections

While accuracy remains paramount, occasional display errors may arise. Vine Richards reserves the right to cancel affected orders and process full refunds promptly.

Input Tax Credit (ITC)

Invoices support end-consumer purchases. Eligibility for Input Tax Credit rests with prevailing GST regulations and buyer compliance. Vine Richards bears no responsibility for denied claims.

Inter-State and Intra-State Supplies

Intra-state transactions incur CGST + SGST. Inter-state transactions apply IGST, in full accordance with GST guidelines.

Regulatory Changes

Modifications to GST rates, cess, or related laws by the Government of India apply automatically to orders placed from the effective date onward.

International Orders

Customs duties, import taxes, or local levies on shipments from India remain the responsibility of the recipient, determined by destination country regulations.
